The project aims to support social entrepreneurs and managers of social enterprises in the early stages of organizational development, commonly referred to as the early stage. The goal is to help them learn how to establish a robust financial plan, which often proves to be one of the major obstacles to the survival of a new social enterprise. Through its activities, the project aims to create an educational path that enhances the skills of managers and entrepreneurs, reducing the risk of failure, and providing advanced knowledge on sustainable funding options.
