ePortfolio Migrants

The project aims to assist authorities, employment centers, and employment agencies involved in the labor integration of migrants in responding to the needs of a rapidly evolving market. Throughout the course of the project, an interactive and flexible curriculum of soft skills will be developed for migrants, along with a self-assessment space to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress. Furthermore, the project provides digital and innovative materials for trainers and mentors to help migrants develop their own soft skills.
