The NEW HERA project aims to enhance the digital and pedagogical skills of teachers and trainers in vocational education and training. Due to the severe Covid-19 crisis, the need for digital evolution has become increasingly evident, and the project aims to lay the foundations for trainers to adapt to the digital era and achieve high quality in professional training, including online modes.
