Description
During the pandemic, many companies faced the challenge of attracting and retaining talent. It is not surprising that smaller companies had the most difficulties. They simply lack the resources, know-how, and capabilities that larger organizations have. The project aims to support the sustainable growth of small EU businesses by making them informed, prepared, and aware, equipped with innovative tools and skills to effectively carry out recruitment and hiring activities.
