STAY OK develops, tests, and transfers an innovative Vocational Education and Training (VET) program aimed at leaders of small businesses in the professional services sector. The project addresses gaps in VET and Higher Education (HE) offerings by creating a course for small business leaders focused on career planning, hybrid work, AI for human resource management, removing technological barriers for workers with disabilities, community well-being, and work/life balance. It also focuses on identifying corrective actions for personal and professional development
