WHOW

The project focuses on young people, particularly young mothers who have been compelled to interrupt their educational, training, or career paths and aims to reintegrate them into the workforce. "WHOW" proposes to train young women in office and digital skills to enable them to initiate remote work, both as employees and as self-employed workers. The goal is to restore the desire and confidence of young mothers through coaching sessions, where they can also bring their children and receive support.
